“Company” means Garage Door Giants.

“Customer” means the person or organisation purchasing products or services from the Company.

“Products” means electric roller garage doors, garage door automation systems, accessories and associated products supplied by the Company.

All quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Quotations are subject to site survey and confirmation of measurements.

The Company reserves the right to amend quotations where unforeseen site conditions or customer specification changes arise.

Acceptance of a quotation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

No contract shall exist until the Company has accepted the order.

Any variations requested after acceptance may incur additional charges.

All installations are subject to a final site survey.

Customers are responsible for ensuring access is available for survey and installation appointments.

The Company reserves the right to amend specifications where necessary following survey.

Installation dates are estimates only.

The Company will use reasonable endeavours to meet agreed dates but accepts no liability for delays beyond its control.

Examples include:

• Manufacturer delays
• Supply chain issues
• Extreme weather
• Access restrictions
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

The customer shall:

• Provide safe access to the property.
• Ensure the installation area is clear.
• Ensure adequate electrical supply is available where required.
• Obtain any permissions required from landlords, management companies or other third parties.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Deposit payable upon order.
• Balance payable immediately upon completion.

The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances in accordance with applicable legislation.

All supplied goods remain the property of Garage Door Giants until paid for in full.

Garage Door Giants provides:

• 12 Month Installation Warranty.
• Manufacturer’s Warranty on products supplied.
• Manufacturer’s Motor Warranty where applicable.

Warranty exclusions include:

• Accidental damage.
• Misuse.
• Lack of maintenance.
• Storm damage.
• Flood damage.
• Structural movement.
• Third-party alterations.

Where applicable, customers may have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer legislation.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

info@garagedoorgiants.co.uk

Where work has commenced at the customer’s request prior to expiry of any statutory cancellation period, reasonable charges may apply.

The Company’s liability shall not exceed the total contract value.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
